Great location. Walk to old town within 15 min. Free parking can be found in nearby streets. 5 min to supermarket and a few shops just downstairs. Also owner can be contacted easily via phone or booking.com message

Beautiful, modern property with everything we needed in a great location. Perfect for our family of four to explore Modena. Close enough to walk to everything but outside of the main piazza/noise. Area felt super safe. Great pizza joint around the corner, lots of cafes and markets within a few steps.

The apartment was excellent. Very comfortable, clean and well designed. Just a 10' walk to the historical city center. You don't have to worry about car parking since you could park very easily near the apartment for free. There is a bakery and grocery store exactly down of the apartment that really helps a lot.

Lovely apparrtment, taste-fully furnished, quality appliances incl air-con. Walking distance to old town, near bus to station and supermarket. Highly supportive host.

Initially no instructions fr high-tech tv + cooking appliances. Host offered assistance from afar.
