Vue magnifique depuis l Appartement. Accès à la plage par escalier en contrebas. Situé non loin du centre a pieds pour ceux et celles qui aiment marcher. Place de parking en face de l' appartement très appréciée. Appartement aménagé avec goût. Appartement très agréable.

Portes de la cuisine un peu fatiguées. La climatisation aurait été appréciée. Grand ventilateur dans la chambre parentale trop bruyant. On ne peut pas dormir en le laissant tourner. Une possibilité d acces à l appartement plus tôt que 15h aurait également été apprécié.

The Appartment once in it was very good, comfortable and well appointed.

The location, accessibility, poor parking all a bit scruffy. Not the Appartment itself, that was very good, very impersonally managed with no human contact, key boxes and on line documentation administration, with rather surely assistant. The balcony was a cleaning store rather than somewhere you would want sit out on and enjoy the view……

The view from the balcony is to die for.

Mattresses on the bunk beds are like stone.

The location, the view of the port, the modern and attractive facilities and the parking make this an ideal place to stay in Porto Venere.

It has lots of steps to get to the apartment.

Portovenere is nice. The overall size of the apartment is ok. The bathroom and shower is very nice. The heating was needed for this time of the year. The view is ok but not amazing.

Firstly, the host said she would meet us at 5pm, we were 9 minutes late and she had left already and didn't notify us - good start. Second, the instructions for obtaining the keys was a bit of a challenge but we worked through it. The most annoying experience was the non-existent wifi. At first there was none, only to find the USB adaptor for the router plug socket was missing. The previous guests took it with them apparently, which I only found out by advising the host the wifi was non-existent. They knew this already but hadn't replaced it, despite the fact we arrived at 5pm, giving them 7 hours to do so. So that was the first disappointment. We used our own while waiting for the host to deliver the USB socket. However, the wife still didn't work due to no data. This wasn't fixed until the following day, we needed it the night of our arrival to help plan the next few days of our trip - hot helpful and cost me a small fortune to use my UK data. The size of the kitchen was disappointing, it is tiny, so don't plan to cook a lot, keep it simple. Crockery, cutlery etc is provided but there is nothing else, no tea, coffee, sugar, salt etc., nothing. You therefore have to plan for this and purchase everything consumable that you need. I expected at least some basics to be provided. The water for the toilet had been turned off, luckily I know what to look for and found the tap to turn the water on, otherwise that would have been an interesting experience. Oh and the toilet seat lid and part of the bathroom door was broken. There are instructions on how to use the bins suggesting a key fob is required, but not provided. I checked with the host and was told we didn't need to take the rubbish out. This is another example of poor customer service and bad messaging. Overall the service was underwhelming and contributed to a poor experience.
