La posizione dell' appartamento consente velocemente di accedere ai locali e negozi sul lungomare. Inoltre ha un bel terrazzo con vista mare.

L' appartamento è molto piccolo, ma ben organizzato. Manca un armadio in camera da letto, ma si possono appendere gli abiti su una mensola metallica a vista.
