Было очень грязно, много пыли везде. А пол от слова совсем не был помыт.

Excellent value for money apartment 2 mniutes from the station and 2 minutes from the centre of sanremo. Helpful host, albeit i never met her, the instructions on the whatsapp were clear and questions answered immediately. Some nice things were left for breakfast which is a nice touch. Would stay again given the chance

The heating system is rather outdated but i guess thats more or less everywhere in the older properties in the south. Having a coffee maschine would have been a welcome plus. No garden or terrase but then we knew that before booking.

the apartments are within walking distance from the train station, we were greeted with a variety of snacks from the owner, a large barbecue area

Everything went great. The owners helped with everything. The apartment is great for any season. Silence and peace.

The flat was perfect: really calm, dark (for good rest), clean, and as cool as you wished it to be, thanks to air cons in every room. It had everything we needed. Hosts were also really helpful.

Trash problem.

Small but comfortable apartment. Has everything you need for one or two people. Perfect location

Neighbours above were very noisy.

Comfortable little studio located conveniently near the train station and the town centre. It had all we needed for our short holiday, and the host was quick to respond to any questions. The air conditioning is appreciated in the hot weather!

Great location next to the train and bus stations and the port. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you need for a short to medium length stay. Ideal for a solo traveler. The host was very responsive and helpful. The check in and check out instructions are clear and timely.
