"Great location. Nice apartment. But a little attention to small details could make it even better"

Very well located just outside entrance to main square.apartment clean and spacious. Lovely garden. Nice decor and artwork. Nice host.

Steps down to kitchen. Cupboards too high. No pressure hot water and took 10 mins to heat up. Musty wardrobe. Plastic hangers. Only one rubbish bag. Confusing light switches. Could do with garden chairs. And a little more attention to small details.

Il Pollaio was very lovely in a great location in the utterly charming Panicale. The host was very responsive and readily available. The kitchen was well equipped and the outdoor courtyard was large and a great place to relax. The washing machine and drying racks were very handy.

"Beautiful unique spacious apartment in Panicale."

We had trouble finding the apartment so we phoned Elisa who told us how to get to the Piazza and then met us in the bar.

Difficult to find apartment because there was no number on outside. Would be helpful for booking.com to list the name of the apartment with a photo of the gate.
