great hosts, very helpful and friendly, gave lots of advice about area and sights to see. Viareggio is a nice place, away from the busy cities, but still has easy access to the top sites.

nothing. everything was as we expected. The only thing that we could have used is a drier as our clothes and shoes got wet everyday

The apartment is really big and has two separate bathrooms, which is really comfy with a bigger group. It's located right in the center of Old Town, near restaurants and shops.

The ambient is rather bleak, it's a pity that the appartment in a century old building was modernized with cheap materials and no style. At least the lighting could be improved to add a bit of cozziness.
