The area and surroundings

The apartament building was under construction, constant noises from the workers, bathroom did not have standard facilities such as handsome or shower gel even though the description said these will be available. The second "room" was actually the kitchen, the apartament is not suitable for more than 2 persons

During the night, the pipe inside the wall collapsed, resulting in a flood in the apartment and damage to the apartment downstairs. Firefighters broke into the apartment at night. I messaged the property to inform them about what happened. The only reply I received was: "If you enjoyed your stay in our apartment, I kindly ask you to leave a 5-star review." The response and communication from the property were unsatisfactory and unhelpful. The building where the apartment is located is currently under reconstruction and covered in dust. Sometimes, there was construction noise as early as 8 a.m.

Position is great in terms of distance from landmarks. Easy to find parking even in the street. Appartmant has nice details, furbished with taste like old stove and stone dishwasher. Wifi was good.

Street that is in feels a bit strange, everything is in construction or deserted, as well as the building itself where the appartment is situated. 2 boilers in the kitchen/living room produce constant noise so it is not very comfortable for 2 people that sleep there. We would feel a lot more comfy it the bed was already made and of there were more towels (for 4 adults we had 2 big and 2 small in total)

Great place, amazing host, helped and answered very fast. We arrived late in the evening and the 3rd bed was already ready) Gave us a link to a luggage storage! The location is really very good, close to the bus/train stations, close to the centre, everything is within walking distance. There are bakeries, pizzas, shops nearby. The apartment is so cute, clean, has everything one needs. Self check-in was super easy and very convenient! Great place to stay when in Trieste)

Nothing to complain

We appreciate that the cleaning lady allowed us to check in 40 minutes earlier than planned. She cleaned the room really well and provided it with clean sheets and towels. The apartment is equipped with: dishes, WiFi, shower gel, hair dryer, towels, bed sheets, kettle, coffee machine. It was convenient that we could check in and out ourselves, picking up and returning the keys using a code. The apartment is close to the train station, and not so far away from the city center.

When booking, I set the parameters that there should be parking, and on the description it was written that the apartment has parking. But after payment and confirmation of the booking were successful, I received a message that we should use public parking or parking somewhere on the street nearby if there are places. Traffic was crazy, and it took me time to find parking, which costed us 24€! We paid the apartment for 3 adults, so 2 adults sleep in the bed in the bedroom and 1 adult sleeps in the bed in the kitchen on the sofa. It was impossible to sleep on the sofa, the noise from the boiler was unbearable. Moreover, there were two boilers in the kitchen! Apparently, the other boiler was installed for another apartment. Both worked and it was horrible loud sound the whole night long! Besides that, there was renovation in the building, it was loud during the day, and it was also very dusty. Keep in mind that you will need to have cash because you will need to leave 2€ per adult per night - tourist fence.

Great location, clean, spacious, comfortable beds.

They are renovating the building, water was turned off during our stay and we did not know about it. We left some vacuum sealed premium food by accident in the fridge, and all was "trashed" by the cleaners and the owner was difficult to reach and took ages to get an answer.
