Bologna Dreams

Choosing to stay at Bologna Dreams made our visit to Bologna even better. The property is in a really good condition, clean, all the necessities were there. Its location is very near to the main attractions this city has to offer. Alberto is a very nice host who welcomed us upon arrival, showed us around and was ready to answer any questions we might have had about the place. Would definitely be staying there again if we are come to Bologna one more time.

Everything was exceptional

The host was very friendly and did greet us in person which was nice. Was also easily contacted which was appreciated.

We chose this place as we thought it was close to the train station. 1.1km with luggage is still a bit too far and it was a long walk to town. Dark entry way and stark decor. No clothes dryer and when you are only given one towel per person and no laundry capsules either it is difficult to have a clean towel. I am not going to stay at any more properties without a reception on site and if they don't service the room's daily they should at least leave some laundry capsules, more towels and install a clothes dryer. Also, before booking look carefully for the photos of the property entrance. There's a lot of dark old buildings that have been converted to Air BNB which are not pleasant to return to at the end of your day.

Die Wohnung von Alberto ist TOP. Alberto hat und persönlich empfangen und uns das notwendigste erklärt. Sehr nett und unkompliziert! Würden das nächste Mal auf jeden Fall wieder bei Alberto übernachten.

Our stay was excellent! The apartment was beautiful, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The cleanliness was impeccable, which we really appreciated. The location was perfect, in a very convenient area, close to everything and with easy access to transportation and attractions. Alberto was extremely kind and helpful, always willing to assist us and provide useful information. We would definitely choose it again and highly recommend it!

Le logement est moderne et confortable, idéal pour deux couples. Les relations avec l'hôte sont efficaces et agréables. Le lendemain de notre arrivée, l'hôte nous a même contactés (par message) pour savoir si tout se passait bien. Il y a plusieurs boulangeries (et un supermarché) à proximité de l'appartement, où l'on peut déjeuner ou acheter des viennoiseries ou sandwichs. Les sites touristiques du centre sont facilement accessible en dix à quinze minutes de marche.

Le logement se trouve à proximité du grand boulevard ceinturant la ville et le trafic y est dense et plutôt bruyant à partir de 7 heures, 7 heures moins le quart du matin (en tout cas en semaine). Heureusement, le double vitrage atténue ce désagrément, même s'il ne l'élimine pas totalement.

Strongly recommend this apartments. First the host - Alberto is very kind and he helped us for a lot of things. Second the apartment is only 15 min walk from the major sightseeing sites and the big advantage is that is also located in 10 min walk from the central train station as we travelled to a lot of nearest cities.
