The host met us personally and explained how to access the apartment, shared info on parking location, and even created a handbook filled with recommendations on things to do, restaurants,etc. He was kind and friendly! The location of the apartment is not directly in the centre, but it was still quite close (10-15) mins to the city centre on foot. The apartment had everything we needed! We didn't cook while we're there, but there was enough coffee and tea with sugar for our stay there. The water pressure was fantastic! And there was no hot water limitation so you don't have to ration the hot water when showering. There's even an ironing board, and a drying rack which we took advantage of since we desperately needed to do some washing. The apartment was clean, complete with all kinds of amenities from soap/shampoo to cotton buds and a showercap which my wife appreciated a lot. We also noticed that there were additional rubber on the corners of book shelves to ensure that you don't hurt yourself in case you accidentally bump yourself on those edges. Small things like these were thought out. Bed was firm and comfortable, the AC was working albeit if you're sensitive to noise when sleeping it might bug you a bit but for us it was just fine. We really enjoyed our stay here while in Bologna.

Only a few minutes walk to City Center. Very clean, basic kitchen facilities, good fridge.

Tudo limpo e organizado. Excelente Wi-Fi. Alberto foi gentil e muito prestativo em todos os momentos da nossa estada. Perto de tudo.

Falta de televisão nos quartos.

Bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny gospodarz Alberto :-) Nie było problemu z przekazaniem kluczy około 22:00. Wyjaśnił wszystko odnośnie apartamentu oraz podał sporo przydatnych informacji na temat miasta i atrakcji wartych zobaczenia. Apartament bardzo czysty, dobrze wyposażony i w 100% zgodny z opisem. Okna skierowane na dziedziniec, więc nie ma się co spodziewać dużo światła. Super lokalizacja. Blisko na starówkę, ale również do sklepów i mnóstwa restauracji. Polecamy i pozdrowienia dla Alberto ;-)

The place is wonderful: clean, comfortable, and nicely accommodated. The location is perfect because it's convenient for getting to both the station and the city center. Also, it's a quiet neighborhood. I would stay here again if I come to Bologna.
