A creatively designed studio in an old building. I unloaded and parked my car close by without time restriction.

Because of the nature of the building it can’t be soundproofed. So just bear that in mind. I slept well though.

The owner had everything we needed, the place was very central to the town and it was very clean. If I ever came back to this town, I would stay here again

The Wifi was really bad but it wasn’t just at the property, it was bad in the whole town

Best location in Guardiagrele Easy walk to each of the town piazzas, cafes and churches Great host (Michele) Spectacular views of the surrounding mountains Well equipped kitchen Spacious rooms Close to Dei Pini bar (run by Diana, a lovely local)

Maybe include some instructions in other languages, such as English.

it was very central. In the heart of the village. It had everything we needed for a family stay. Just perfect. Michele the host looked after all of our needs. he was ready to help any time.
