Struttura trascurata e minimalista, corridoi scuri e con gradini per accedere alle scale, mobilio antico, assenza di climatizzazione, solaio traballante che scricchiola, bagno finestrato con vista vano scale...

"Comodità, calore e tranquillità. Come portarsi Casa a Bolzano."

La posizione è strategia, permette di rientrare prima del "grande freddo", scherzi a parte la casa è accogliente, ha tutto quello che si necessita per poter visitare con calma la città. La chicca? andate pure in bagno.

Third floor without elevator. Last flight of stairs without proper railing. It could be dangerous for children.

Stanza ben riscaldata ,posizione ottima centrale ,letto molto comodo,in generale l'appartamento era confortevole.

Costo non propriamente economico dato anche il periodo dei mercatini,assenza di ascensore e rampa delle scale per salire al piano in alcuni punti un po' pericolosa per la bambina

Appartamento si trova in centro storico,molto comodo,però zona ztl.Parcheggio a pagamento, carissimo. Si trova a 3 piano senza ascensore. Senza aria condizionata,abbiamo beccato il tempo che fuori faceva 36,non parliamo dentro,con un ventilatore poco funzionante.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Es ist alles zu Fuß erreichbar.

Die Küche benötigt ein, zwei Überarbeitungen, aber es konnte alles genutzt werden.
