The apartment is well-furnished and the landlord is extremely nice, accommodating and helpful. The apartment is close to the beach (lido) and offers a direct lake view.

The street beneath the apartment balcony is a popular gathering spot for events. As a result, it can get very loud on some evenings during the summer, making it less than ideal for a quiet night's sleep—especially with tired kids who struggle to fall asleep.
