"Great location, very nice apartment - could do with some more care"

Location is great, especially with the garage in the building. The apartment is nice, spacious.

There is a burger restaurant in the ground floor from which the smell is really bad, you can’t leave the windows open during the evening. Also the maintenance of the apartment is a bit neglected.

The cleanliness, attention to detail and comfort of the appartament very inviting and the position truly enables you to enjoy the mountains views and the the city center. The excellent communication of the staff who are available and helpful prior to, during and post stay. Will be my fixed stop whenever I come to bozen for sure !

"Fantastic gem in middle of bolzano"

Well equipped kitchen Spacious Modern clean Great views. The staff too were very understanding because we forgot our phone and they went above and beyond to help, Mickaela and Federico huge thanks 😊

Only small thing was toilet flushing The flush didnt stop running jst needed to be pushed few times to stop it

"Super clean apartment in fantastic location!"

Amazing location, very clean, beds were super comfy, bathrooms were lovely, kitchen well equipped, hug terrace that overlooks historic area. Was provided a garage below the apartment as well for an additional fee that was very handy!

The bath shower could use a screen/shower curtain as water sprays all over the second bathroom.
