Loft viaveneto

Posizione a 200mt dal centro storico di Volterra che si raggiunge a piedi con comodità. Struttura accogliente completa di ogni confort. Da tenere in considerazione per chi non è più giovanissimo l'accesso alla camera sul soppalco tramite una scala in legno. Il bagno è al piano inferiore e per questo da tenere in considerazione. Gentile l'host che ci ha concesso anche di posizionare la moto al riparo. Per il check-in ci è stato mandato anche un video molto esplicativo. Nel complesso tutto molto comodo e sicuramente terremo in considerazione per future tappe a Volterra.

Unica nota dolente : l'insonorizzazione carente. Essendo affiancata da altro appartamento, di fatto si sente tutto quello che dicono i vicini di casa, di giorno e di notte.

Posizione, struttura, soppalco molto accogliente e letto comodo. Buono anche il bagno con doccia comoda

Mancanza di una vera cucina e di un televisore. In estate presumo possa essere un problema anche l'assenza di un condizionatore

L'appartamento è piccolo ma provvisto di ogni confort, arredato con gusto e tutto è molto funzionale. La posizione è perfetta: vicino al centro storico ma in zona molto silenziosa, lontana dalla movida notturna e dal traffico. Ottima la pulizia.

Niente!!!

It was a unique experience to stay in a loft. It was cosy and not far from the heart of Volterra. It was nice to have a bigger shower than most of the cramped shower spaces in Italy.

The kitchen bench space was rather small - nowhere to even put the dishes to dry. The fridge door opens the wrong way for the space its in and due to maintenance the place to park your car was a long way away ( hopefully for the host that will be fixed soon).

I spent 3 days in Volterra, also travelling around with my car. The apartment is great: peaceful area, few steps from the town center. I would highly recomment it for a singe stay or for a couple!

The loft was large & comfortable, especially the bathroom which was large & the hot water & pressure in the shower were excellent. The bed was upstairs in the loft & very comfortable. The loft is located in a very quiet area & a short walk to the centre of the town. We also had access to free parking at the end of the street. Alessandra who sent us our check-in information was good at communicating with us & helped with information. She also very kindly gave us the password of her WiFi because the WiFi of the loft wasn't very strong. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Nothing not to like.

I really liked the coziness of the property, it’s location and cleanliness. The bed was super comfortable after a long day of work and I appreciated the kitchen corner where I could prepare my coffee and breakfast.
