The villa is very spacious and it can accommodate up to 6 people. it has 3 bathrooms with new AC and washing machine etc. It is spotlessly clean and all furniture is very new. You wake up in the morning directly watching the sea from the comfort of your own bed. All kitchen, bathroom utensils are complete and top quality. Our girls enjoyed a fantastic weekend Italian cooking (pasta, tiramisu, etc.) workshop with Anna and her husband Michele on the first day we arrived. The meal we had with them combined with the cheese and wine tasting, without exaggeration, was probably the best we had during our stay in Italy. Anna and Michele were always ready to give directions and offer transport themselves whenever needed and arrange all logistics and reservations for all restaurants, trips and tours coordinating with different tour and transport providers. Will definitely come back!

NONE. There are some stairs to come to the villa from the street and Anna was even there herself to help carrying our suitcases when we arrived and when we left.
