La propreté des murs l'équipement en matériel de cuisine, mettre un frigidaire avec freezer, éliminer les fuites au niveau de la douche,

It was close to Lake Orta and had parking which can be a problem in Italy. The small restaurant opposite was good and the staff very helpful.

As someone who does holiday-lets in England we always provide a welcome pack containing essentials like milk, bread and crisps etc. Also occasionally a bottle of wine. With nice towels draped over the bed on arrival. A little thing Massimo may wish to consider to help promote his apartment.

We loved the building and the rooms, very traditional yet functionally equipped. Sufficient cooking options in the room, but the restaurant closeby is also recommendable (the pizza!). From the room in the second floor, you get all the views!

The shower had a bit of mold and the whole property could use a good clean-up to make it even nicer (the room itself was very clean though).

The whole place looked like it should have had a good spring clean..... which, as it is March now, maybe it will now have in preparation for the Summer
