Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento a San Pietro Vernotico per un weekend. L’alloggio è spazioso, accogliente, situato in una posizione comoda e con parcheggio su strada proprio davanti l'accesso. Il proprietario si è dimostrato molto gentile, disponibile e attento alle nostre esigenze, rispondendo rapidamente a ogni richiesta...e offrendoci più di quanto previsto. Accoglienza molto piacevole con i due piccoli padroni di casa. Con qualche attenzione in più a piccoli dettagli — come la cura dell'area esterna o alcuni aspetti della pulizia — l'appartamento potrebbe davvero raggiungere un livello eccellente. In ogni caso, lo consigliamo a chi cerca una sistemazione tranquilla e funzionale per spostarsi in zona. Esperienza positiva, qualita' prezzo ok, ritornerei.

Stayed only overnight. Good location with public transport and supermarket nearby. Clean and comfortable, good communication with owner, good instructions,kitchen equipped with basic items , coffee machine, free parking on the street. Nice patio/garden. Good price.

the bed mattress was soft, the sofa was better to sleep.

The lodging was very spacious and well equipped. Good location close to central area. Appreciated the good supply of food including pasta and tomato sauce. Incredible host who arranged to pick us up from the Via Francigena route.

The flat is pretty cool, it's in the basement with old and nicely renovated ceilings. Well equipped, with nice decorations, so you feel cosy. The location is good, free parking in front of the house and 3-5 min by foot to the city centre. Fabio was awesome!!

Just a recommendation, turn on the air-conditioning early enough, it's a big room (which is pretty cool 😀)...
