Great location close to city center, nice cozy apartment located in quite yard far from street noise. Owner was very friendly, he answered and managed all issues very fast.

It was a bit cold in the apartment. During night there were a lot of annoying mosquitos.

The apartment has potential, but it's neglected and dirty. In the kitchen, we were greeted by dirty dishes, used sponge. The bathroom had a blocked drain, the shower had limescale and mold on the curtain and tiles. The towels had stains and smelled like they have been used. The bedroom had sheets that had hair and smelled used (this was mentioned to the owner and the owner replaced the sheets with fresh ones). Dirty walls from top to bottom. The washing machine was mentioned as something that could be used, but it was covered and did not work. Once opened it had mold in it and smelled very bad. The air conditioner in the bedroom must be moldy because once it was turned on it had a very bad smell.
