Pratello Suite Apartment

Apartment was in a great location with lovely local cafe/bars. It was well appointed, extremely clean and had an especially nice bathroom.

Would have liked access to just one English speaking tv news channel. This didn’t spoil our stay though!

Location was great. Lots of restaurants and bars in the vicinity. Close to shopping. Many attractions in easy walking distance. Apartment was clean, functional. Perfect size for a single person or couple. Staff person was friendly, courteous and punctual.

The shower is awkward. Have to step around the bidet to get in. There is no door or lip to stop the water. It is impossible to have a shower without flooding the bathroom floor. The floor is tile and extremely slippery when wet.

The shower was very spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable and clean as well. The rest of the apartment was well kept and tidy.

The fridge was very noisy and made it difficult to sleep. Both nights one of the neighbours was constantly moving furniture around for over two hours.. I think this was because they were closing up a restaurant. Just added to difficulties and definitely made it not worth the price. The Wi-Fi was also unusable.

Street noise at night (but it was Saturday). Cramped table; hard to fit 2 and open appliances at the same time. Futon/sofa a bit old. We needed a place for a night & it did the job.

Need a wine bottle opener and a tea towel and ove mitten, but all good.

The location is superb! It's located on a nice road full of great restaurants and bars, which comes alive at night. It's a lovely 15-minute walk to the historic center, and on Saturdays, there's a quaint market with local produce right outside. The apartment itself was very clean and perfect for a weekend away for two. Check-in was smooth, and despite us arriving a little late, the host helped us get a taxi from the airport and was very responsive.

Bed is very soft.
