The location is impeccable, close to the heart of the Bologna Old Town and all the major attractions. Walking distance from the Bologna Centrale railway station.. Apartment itself is spacious and located is in a stylish old urban building.

The facilities such as plugs, switches, door-handles, sinks, shower tubes etc. are definitely very outdated and in urgent need of repairement/replacement. The overall cleanness should be improved. It seems that there is also no AC in the apartment which might be very problematic in the summer.

Apartamento muy viejo, con muchos escalones roto in algunos puntos, baños a reformar, uso de ventiladores de baja intensidad con la calor que ha hecho , camas incomodas,,, sin aire acondicionado!!! Quizás se podría ofrecer a la llegada una botella de agua en la nevera.
