The location is good. Just few minutes to the city centre. The host was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay in Bologna.

Great location, clean and good host

Very loud noises prevent you from sleeping, there are many bars in the area and people are shouting and dont let you sleep. The appartment is at ground level and you can hear everything from people walking outside

The keys are left in a perfectly understandable, clear and safe manner. You can pick up the keys at any time, no matter when you arrive. It's very convenient!

Since we came for work, the internet was very important, but it was bad. But... since the internet was bad, we (workaholics) went to explore the city, walked a lot. Otherwise, we probably would have worked. So I don't know if that's a minus :)

It was a perfect location and had everything we needed

It was a shame that the decoration was all grey. After all the warm and vibrant colours of Bologna it felt clinical and cold. But I am aware that grey interior decoration is fashionable at the moment.

Everything I needed was available

This establishment exceeds my expectations in every way. The espresso machine delivers flawless coffee at any time. The studio's layout is impeccable, complete with a contemporary bathroom. Furthermore, laundry facilities are available on site. Its central location near the Two Towers makes it easily accessible to all other attractions, with exceptional cuisine just a short walk away. Paolo provided helpful guidance on check-in, check-out procedures, and trash disposal. This place has earned my highest recommendation and I would certainly come back.

The first-floor property is great, but can be noisy on weekends due to passing party goers.

The room was large, and the ‘kitchen’ area was well equipped. Nice and modern.

Convenient location. Easy to walk to the piazza and restaurants that are around. Nice having a washer and dryer on the property.

Didn’t realize when I booked that it was next to a pub, had some of their guest outside my window when I was trying to sleep. Fortunately they didn’t stay all night. Mattresses need to be cleaned better if they are going to allow pets.

The apartment was in an excellent and convenient location, just a few minutes walk from the main piazza. It was very comfortable, secure and clean, with good facilities including use of washing machine.
