Need to explain that many steps up to apartment

The apartment is very comfortable for 6 people and ideally located in the heart of beautiful Siena. Paolo is very responsive and let us put our luggage as we arrived earlier in the afternoon. We also appreciated the nice lady who greeted us at the apartment.

Just as a comment : the 3rd room is smaller and accessible by a small staircase but also charming and with a private large shower room

Good location within historic core

Listed having AC, however it was not working. When I inquired they said it was cold the week prior and could not be switched over from heat during our stay. The upstairs bedroom did have a separate working unit. The main floor stayed warm. Opening windows helped at night but there was a lot of noise from pedestrian street below until late.

Property was in a perfect location right in the center of Siena. Check in & out was easy and communication was excellent. Washing machine was very convenient as were 2 full bathrooms. Highly recommend.

As others have mentioned, it is up a few flights of stairs and there can be a bit of noise from crowds outside because of the central location. Neither of these were a problem for us as the awesome location made it completely worth it, but just a couple of things worth considering for others.

Excellent position close to the Campo; spacious, well equipped, and well managed by Paolo who was very helpful

I liked everything about the property though some people may find the number of stairs challenging - up three floors. Good practice for the Tower!

It is 85 steps to get to the top, so it is definitely not for anyone with mobility issues. Some instructions on tv use would have been helpful as once we had it working, I couldn't figure out how to change channels, lol! A sponge for washing dishes would be very helpful as well. Only a sponge for cleaning was available.

Fantastic apartment for our family of 6 adults, all beds were very comfortable and there was a lounge and dining area. The building is located in one of the main shopping streets of Siena, but we never heard any noise while in the apartment.. Loved our stay in beautiful Siena.

The apartment was on the 4th floor, no lift, may be an issue for some, we saw it as working off the pasta and bread!

The apartment was in a great location and the host provided us with everything we needed.

We were aware of the stairs but there were way more than we expected. The apartment is also very noisy at night. I couldn't leave the window open due to the noise even till 3.30am.
