Great location, clean and modern apartment, really nice and accommodating hosts :)

WiFi was quite touch and go

Bed was a bit hard for me and very noisy.

Great location, with the station a short walk up the steep-ish hill, and the lake down a path almost opposite the apartment. We bought daily food from the little supermarket, the delicatessen and the bakery. The baker not only baked wonderful bread but took a real interest in us as tourists and was very helpful and friendly. The pharmacist opposite was also helpful, and the gelateria sold excellent gelato. Although there aren't many ferries timetabled in early May, the jetty was a very easy walk. The trains were good and easy to use but tended to be late because of the problems of running on single tracks for most of the route up the lakeside. We chose the property because we didn't come by car, and it all worked perfectly for us on the trains and the boats. It's not a very touristy place in early May, unlike Varenna and Bellagio. We liked having a garden and the lemons were much better than UK supermarket lemons! The apartment was spacious and in excellent order. The shutters were very effective at darkening the room.

We would have liked to have a kettle; the English like tea! We had to work out how to use the microwave and managed that way. We would also have liked a chopping board, as we had to cut fruit and vegetables on a plate. The motorbikes liked using the road outside the flat at the weekend, for the route around the lake. There was very little sound insulation between our apartment and the one above. The resident didn't seem to sleep when we wanted to and there was a lot of furniture scraping noise above our bedroom late at night and early in the morning.

Very nice and comfortable place in a quiet place. Peaceful and very beautiful walk to the beach. From the beach such a gorgeous view to the lake. And so easy to get everywhere by train or ferry. We loved the time spent in Lierna and this apartment.

We stayed in an apartment located in the middle of Mandello del Lario due to construction work in the booked one. The Apartment was super cozy with modern and bright interior, clean and comfy with two areas and a lot of space to chill. Also it was really quite, 2 minutes to the lake and many Shops and Restaurants around. Had the best time there :)

Clean, spacious apartament which is great for couple. There was everything that we needed, around is local big shop, typical italian cafe, few restaurants and beaches. For us also important was transportation - we were traveling by train - actually, with app on our phone where you can buty tickets and train station 5 mins walk from apartament it was super convinient - we saw lot of places on the east side of Como Lake :) And also use ferry few times - but during summer ferry is supercrowded, trains are much more convinient to travel. Also Lierna is worth to see - next to apartamet is quiet small beach with breathaking sunsets, and 10 mins walk there is main Lierna beach - bigger and bit safer to swim. So all in all - everything you need to enjoy your time visiting Lake Como, you will find here :) We hightly recommend! And Giulia! She is super friendly and very helpful :) Thank you <3

We were bit worried about noise from main street after reading reviews on booking - but actually it wasnt that bad, during night it was very quiet, only few cars passing by, when you close windows you can sleep peacefully without any distraction. During the day actually there is a bit of rush but its part of local atmosphere and for us wasnt a problem at all.
