Everything was okay, the stuff was availabel on phone calls when we needed help. The apartment was close the Island Ortigia, something about 12 minutes.

Good value. It is very close to the sea and the city centre. Spacious and well equipped apartment. The communication with the host was easy. Absolutely recommeded in Siracusa.

We missed the microvawe only.

The key system didn’t work and we waited for the owners to arrive. They didn’t speak much English. The location is not good for tourism

A very nice and big apartament, well equiped with everything. The communication with the host was excellent. Parking on the street, near the premises. Easy check in. Excellent wifi services.

The location is handy, in 15 min walk and you're in Ortiga Island.

- The sofa bed is uncomfortable and the shower is very very small, making it almost impossible to shower. The shower tray was badly blocked. It overflows and water goes everywhere in the bathroom. - Bad communication from the host. She never messaged us to explain how to get the keys, when we got to the apartment we had to call her. She mentioned something on the phone about tourist tax payment in cash, but never said the total amount. We texted her before we left and she just answered later that day very angry saying we didn't pay the tourist tax (but she never came to collect it). It was a stressful situation.

Good location, whole place for ourselves.
