The location next to the railway station was perfect for us having arrived by train from Cefalù and for travelling to the airport to fly home. The tram terminus for one of the tram lines is just outside the door. This line only connects with the rest of the tram network via bus. The area looks a bit shabby in places but there was no problem at all when walking about even in the late evening. Walking to the actual centre of city takes 10 - 15 minutes. The accommodation is very secure. The apartment is on the first floor and the stairs were easily manageable for a 68 year old carrying suitcases. Comfortable bed, small living area, dining kitchen and nice bathroom.Stefano and his wife are excellent hosts. The information that he sent us beforehand on how to access the property worked well.They also provided information on eating out and other attractions.

A coffee machine is available but it would have been nice to have a kettle. There was some noise within the building in the morning however it was just people getting ready to start their day.

lovely upstairs apartment on the first floor. we loved having balcony’s to look at the city. The tiles and whole place was modern and comfortable. Very safe and great for families. I was worried about sleeping in city at night from noise but it was quiet and we slept great. I would definitely recommend. lovely helpful host. I really liked the videos and all the recommendations for what to do! Host goes out of their way to help and accommodate.

Stefano was really nice and helpful, he sent us the details well in advance with videos and we had no problem checking in. the property is very clean and secure, the flat is relatively new as well so it was nice to come home to it.

though this isn’t their fault because the listing tells you what is available in the property and what not, I think for a family with small kids this property was not as suitable though we had no problems as we stayed a few days. for example a microwave and a washing machine would have been helpful as we cooked every night and also babies/children’s clothes need washing often.

Stefano the host was a good communicator. He met us at the property and he was very friendly. The apartment was right next to the station which was great for our purposes.

Unfortunately from the moment we walked in all we could smell was stale cigarettes.To us everything felt shabby and worn but the photos don't reflect this. The place was clean but still felt grubby and we certainly didn't want to walk about in our bare feet. An example would be that the towels had been laundered but looked like they were ten years old.

A dream! Absolutely friendly welcome by the landlord Stefano, who immediately helped me with the parking lot. The area very centrally located right next to the train station. Train, tram and bus can be reached in 2 minutes. The apartment is super clean and modern! Even Netflix is ​​available... I enjoyed every second! Thank you Stefano for the wonderful stay! The contact was quick and uncomplicated, the handover of the keys and the access code was contactless and problem-free via a messenger. Check-in was therefore very flexible in terms of time. Stefano also gave us lots of tips for restaurants and sights. The location of the flat was perfect for my purposes: the main train station is only 100 metres away, yet the flat is very quiet. The historic centre is a comfortable 10-15 minute walk away and all daily needs (bakery, café, supermarket, tram) are very close to the accommodation.
