Bed linen is included. Towels are NOT included. They can be booked at the price of €15 per person (to be booked within 7 days before arrival). Waxing is prohibited in all our homes. The garage is max. 6.9 feet high. We inform you that electric and natural gas cars cannot be parked in the covered parking space. An external parking space will be assigned ( by reservation ) IT IS FORBIDDEN TO RECHARGE ELECTRIC CARS AT ALL OF OUR HOUSES. THERE ARE SPECIFIC charging station IN TOWN.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Superb"

Reg. apartment 5: Nice apartment located in the Pozza city center. Maybe not necessarily modern furniture, but roomy - specious for 3 people, 4 would comfortably do. Nice and clean. Nice view from window. Location: need to take skibus to Pozza lifts, or car, unless you are great ski boots hiker ;) Car park with convenient boots and ski storing. Would rent again.

Nice apartment, well furnished. Easy communication. Covered garage, ski shoes dryer...perfect. Night skiing in the place.

Nice spacious appartment, well positioned and with nice mountain view. Close by bakery (next house) helped every morning. Inside parking.

The apartment has an excellent location, close to the ski bus stop and the village center. It's close to the ski area and everything is within walking range. It is spacious and is well suited for a family of four.

The apartment was extremely poorly equipped. After arriving, one should go directly to the supermarket in order to buy basic necessities such as toilet paper and garbage bags. The apartment has absolutely nothing in it except dishes and cutlery. The building in which the apartment is situated has questionable sound proofing. Neighbours could be heard talking from the adjacent apartments.
