Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, please write this request and your company details in the Ask a question box. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. This property is located in a busy area and guests may experience noise. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Sun 15 Sept 2024 until Sun 15 Jun 2025 A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that swimming pool is open from 15 June until 14 September. A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
