Casa davvero sporca: frigorifero, cassetti posate, ragnatele e formiche in casa, asciugamani (ammucchiati in un armadio) e lenzuola umidi e con cattivo odore, abbiamo avuto prurito durante la notte. Telecomando televisione rotto, mancanza buste spazzatura, manico doccia rotta, andava tenuto in mano. Insomma, eravamo 4 sorelle, giovani e abituate ad adattarci anche a situazioni spartane. Ma qui mancavano rispetto e cura verso chi soggiorna ed ha bisogno di sentirsi accolto. Mi dispiace molto lasciare questa recensione ma credo sia importante tutelare chi lavora bene e segnalare questo genere di situazioni. Per fortuna era solo una notte di passaggio sennò non saremmo rimaste.

Locatie midden in het historisch centrum in karakteristiek oud pand, veel voorzieningen op loopafstand, goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding, vriendelijke gastheer, zeer compleet onder andere wasmachine, schoon. Eet/slaapruimte mooi hoog gewelfd plafond. Voor ons prima, we waren op doorreis. Rovereto ligt ook goed bij de snelweg.

Het meubilair is aan vervanging toe, zeker de eettafel. De slaapkamer is donker en wat muf omdat het alleen bovenraampjes heeft aan een overdekte binnenplaats. Helaas geen eigen buitenruimte, wel zicht op een mooie patio.

Very good communication with the host with clear and precise info given on the best way to arrive, how to avoid car restricted zone and attractions in the area. Host met us at the property exactly on the agreed time where we were handled the keys with check in and check out procedure explained. The apartment kitchen is fully equipped plus towels, hair dryer, cleaning agents, washing machine, cloths dryer, etc. available. There are two bedrooms with four beds, able to cater for up to five people. Wi-Fi works great and is easy to connect to. Both check in and check out processes are pain-free and really easy to follow. The location of the apartment is perfect, practically at the old town and close to the city centre with bars, caffe, restaurants, museums, etc close by. Despite being in a town centre, the apartment is quiet and restaurant noise is not a concern. This is a really good place to stay and relax. Sincerely recommend.

The only down side is lack of free parking; one must use the communal, city-owned car park that is literally 50 m away, but unfortunately pay by the hour applies with a flat rate if 2 EUR/hour between 09:00 and 19:30.
