"Outdated and dirty, pool the only nice thing."

Pool is nice.

Not clean, boiler making noise all night. They rented the pool out to someone other, and told us we couldnt use it for that day. The land lords did not speak any other language than italian. On arrival, there was no one there, and no obe was asnswering our phonecalls, so we had to wait till we met a neighbor, who contacted the landlords.

"Superb"

Very nice poolside and airconditioning worked well. Apartment was big.

Location was a bit remote, but by car only around 10mins drive to Cortona.
