Great location and beautiful views. Check in was relatively simple.

Could be a bit more friendly but this isn’t such a big issue.

The apartment is in a beautiful location with amazing views of the lake. It's only a short walk away from the busy areas of the town and two supermarkets. The kitchen, bedroom and bathroom are very spacious and comfortable and the bedroom has plenty of closet space.

There is no large wooden table in the terrace as there is in the pictures. Instead there is a small metal table and two metal chairs. The garden terrace, that is pictured with the beautiful view, is completely overgrown, resulting in no view of the lake and nearly unusable with the overgrowth. I think that the WiFi might be shared amongst multiple apartments, as when the tenants of the other apartment were in, the WiFi was very slow or didn't work at all, but did work when the other tennants were out.

We went to Bellagio by car and having a carpark was a great plus for the apartment. Location was also very central to the main street. The hosts were very accommodating and the apartment itself was beautiful and clean. Lovely stay

Apt has beautiful both lake and mountain views. It's clean and bright and quite close to bus stop. Although, the utensils are dusty as if nobody stayed for sometimes.

The key collection was horrible, horrible and horrible. Luckily booking.com customer service had helped me to call / message the owner whom seems to only replied to booking.com customer service message / call. If not because of booking.com cs assistance, I'll probably be sleeping on roadside in lake como.
