Excelent location and very confortable place.

The property is located a 10min walk away from the city centre and the bus stop is located a minute away. We really enjoyed our stay at the property and honestly have no negative comments. Very modern and has all the necessary facilities. The host was greatly communicative, helpful and understanding.

We had an enjoyable stay, the location was great and the house itself served us very well.

I liked the location. It was close to the historical city center and to the shop. I liked kitchen facilities. I liked electronic door lock.

It was problematic to find address on a Google map, there were no clear photos, no clear pointers, neighbors didn't know the location. I had to call. And keys were massive to carry. There was dust on windows.

The place great for a stay in Perugia. It is in the city center, but on a quiet street. So you can enjoy everything the city has to offer, including great nightlife and then come back to a quiet and comfortable place to get a good night sleep. There is a small kitchen area where you can prepare meals if you want to. The place is well equipped. The host is fantastic, very understanding and considerate person. The check in instructions were easy to use and straight forward
