Elena was very nice and she prepared us some sweets/fruits. She is an amazing host.

Very nice and pleasant apartment! Location is very good, near Santuario Madonna delle Lacrime, somewhere between Ortygia island (the old part of Syracuse) and ARCHAEOLOGICAL PARK OF NEAPOLIS (Greek theatre, etc). Either way, it is around 15-20 min pleasant walk. The apartment is located in a residential building, first floor, not noisy both during the day or night. Free parking on the street in front of the building was easy to find. There is a bakery just next to the entrance, and a couple of nice restaurants nearby. The pictures on booking are accurate, the apartment was clean and included all you need for a stay (air conditioned, coffee machine, refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, etc). We found water and some cookies, which we highly appreciated. But, most of all, thanks to our host, Elena, for being so kind and patient wit us. Communication was excellent on WhatsApp, she answered all our requests, sent us recommendations, etc.

not the case for the apartment, Still, have to mention that we have arrived during unusual stormy weather, with cold temperatures outside. We have used the air conditioned for heating, which was ok, but since the floor is covered by tiles, it still felt a little bit cold. Therefore, I take my permission to make a recommendation for a perfect stay, some hotel sleepers with be a real plus.

Modern, spotlessly clean, well-equipped and well-located, with a very welcoming and helpful host. Highly recommended.

Nothing

Rooms were big and very comfortable. One of the largest places we had during our 12 day trip in Sicily. Parking was super convenient as the host saved a spot for us on the street just in front f the apartment. About a 10 minute walk to the island of Ortiga where the grilled fish was the best we had in all of Sicily. Highly reccomend stpping for the guy yelling "Griglia" and coking squid/shrimp/octopus/etc right on the street. Elena helped us book a fantastic boat ride to see the caves.

Spacious, fresh apartment. Clean, everything is selected with due convenience. Two bedrooms, each with a separate toilet with shower. A well-equipped kitchen, there is an opportunity to buy local products and cook dinner. There is a bakery next door, a shop nearby that sells wine on tap. The apartment is within walking distance from the main attractions of Syracuse. Thanks to Sergio and Elena for their hospitality and attention.
