Comfortable beds, clean apartment, hot water in the shower, underground garage for your car - it all made our stay very pleasant.

The only negative point was a lack of small pots - at least one under 2litres - only big and huge ones were available - for a small portion of soup/sauce - a bit disturbing. But overall it wasn't a big deal, we managed well.

Apartmán je pěkný, je v něm vše, co potřebujete. Je to dobrá výchozí pozice na výlety do hor.

S velkým autem se nedostaneme do garáže a parkoviště bylo skoro plné, občas jsme chytli poslední místo. Dále vadí hluk ze silnice.

Purtroppo dell'edificio ci è toccato l'appartamento a piano terra ( nr.2), tutto lato della strada. Con le finestre chiuse era anche abbastanza insonorizzato ma il problema era l'umidità ( i primi giorni faceva freddo e le coperte, lenzuola e vestiti erano tutti umidi) e il parcheggio coperto assegnatoci: aveva un blocco che rendeva il parcheggio non completamente utilizzabile e avendo noi una macchina grande ci è risultato scomodo ( mio marito è stato bravo a parcheggiare ma non è riuscito ad evitare comunque di segnare la macchina). L'opzione era di lasciarla fuori in un parcheggio pubblico a circa 100/200 metri, ma la scelta del parcheggio riservato è sempre uno dei filtri che uso, servirebbe un po più di chiarezza o forse siamo stati solo noi sfortunati nell'assegnazione dell'alloggio. Inoltre, non avevamo un posto dove poter stendere, ed essendo umido la roba non si asciugava; ho approfittato a volte del giardino comunque, quando eravamo nell'alloggio, per far asciugare i vestiti. Mi spiace, non sono una che di solito critica ma vista la spesa mi aspettavo qualcosa di più.

Free WiFi was OK. Each apartment has its own parking space in the garage, and there are three additional spaces in front of the building.

I was surprised by the cleaning fee. It was visible in the total price (but nowhere was it stated why the second payment was higher). The similar cost to the deposit was misleading.

ski room is appreciated. great location to start your ski day by Marmolada descent. good responsiveness of hosts via messaging system

The place was not very clean, dusty floor and under the beds, not very appreciated by allergic people. Kitchen was not well equipped to cook for 6 people. Sofa bed and one single bed really NOT comfortable. The shower was clogged, and in the other apartment, the shower pipe was broken Very small garage, cannot get in with a roof box, but could find a place in front of the appartement.

Very tidy and clean, underground parking is a big plus. Good location, close to supermarkets and cafes.

No soap, not sufficient amount of toilet paper

The apartment is very big and nice. Lot and lots of space. I like the kitchen, very suitable for cooking and also it has a stowe which is a plus for big families (pizza, lunch...).

Cleaning stuff should check the dishes - some very dirty. Dishwasher should be checked - bad performance. More specific details how to repair electricity in case of it's off should be written in the document. We have rather troubling times to find the right fuse and we had no contact to call.
