Mizzica! - Holiday Home

Everything! What an adorable town with so much beauty and history. Our visit in Taormina was far too short! This beautiful property is exactly as shown in pictures, in the best location possible. Directly above Osteria dal Rita restaurant, where we ate both nights because the food was the best we had in Italy! Do try the sundried tomato & chilli pasta with toasted breadcrumbs! Our host was kind and acommodating, we are so grateful for the hospitality. We highly recommend this little town with so much to see, and this wonderful home away from home to stay. Very spacious 2 bed apartment with 2 ensuite bathrooms is also perfect for 2 couples travelling together. Also has 3 separate balconies. Highly recommend! Thanks again, Katie & Rick

This is a very unique and beautiful apartment just in the center. Beautiful design and very well equiped. The host takes care of every detail and she is very responsive. We will defenetly come back to Mizzica.

Very friendly snd helpful staff. The location was really good. The apartment spacious.

In the early morning it is quite noisy due to the glass garbage collection. New and isolated windows would help a lot.

The location was perfect! Right in the middle of the town surrounded by lovely bars and restaurants. The apartment had literally everything from shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toothpaste to straighteners, curlers, two irons etc. There were also plenty of towels and coffee pods for the machines etc. The decor was modern, bright and it was an extremely comfortable stay. Our host Valeria was so warm and welcoming. She messaged us the evening before we arrived with information on getting from the airport and offered to arrange taxis as well us giving us good advice for our stay. Everything was perfect :)

There was nothing we did not like however, we were over for a wedding so we shared the apartment with my grandparents who asked me to mention the stairs up to the apartment and how they would prefer a hand rail as they were quite steep (they are mid 70s but my partner and I were fine with them but we are late 20s). Another pointer for light sleepers is that the bins get emptied every morning and the bottles can get quite loud as well as restaurants being open quite late. It did not bother us but it may for some people :)
