Ca di Biella, mansarda di charme.

It's the second time in Ca di Biella and everything was ok, It's clean and the owner is very attentive and friendly.

We lost wifi sunddenly.

What I liked most of this staying was the warm welcome we received by the host. The apartment is very nice and well supplied.

We didn't like much the fact that there were two single mattresses and not a big one, which would have been more comfortable :O)

Excellent communication with the landlord, beautiful building and an absolutely stunning location: close to the centre of Biella but in a lovely, quaint, traditional, and quiet spot called Chiavazza; you only hear the church bells and roosters from the neighbours' gardens, no traffic noise or other nonsense. Beautiful views from all of the windows. Importantly – despite it being a loft apartment, the house does not overheat at all. Nice patio. Great furnishings, including a washing machine. Meticulously clean.

For someone not used to the fact that the bell tower chimes every half an hour this may be somewhat challenging. If I may suggest one little thing to the owner, having an alternative to the electric coffee express – a traditional caffettiera – could be a real plus :)
