A gorgeous luxury spot immersed in the Palermo heritages core. Great support during the staying by the host management company Wonderfulitaly.

Nothing, provided with all appliances, stylish furniture, giant master room and nice open garden. Nothing was missing

We liked the layout, it was spacious. The garden space was lovely. The staff member who met us at beginning was very nice.

When registering the guests (passports and information) prior to arriving, the web site was very frustrating, often kicking you out without explanation. Lack of tea towels, (we asked for tea towels but were told to use the sponge🤷‍♀️). dishwasher did not work., and the instructions were not for that model of dishwasher. Having only one set of keys was difficult. We were two couples and two sets of keys would have been very helpful. We asked for another set but was told it wasn’t possible. The key for the outside gate at the street only worked for the big door, not on the smaller door. Garbage directions were very confusing. The address to enter the complex was wrong, having us wait for staff at the wrong location. The response from on line staff was very poor, often not existent. Had there been an emergency (leaking water or similar) it could have been a disaster.

Posizione ottimale per visitare la città. Parcheggio incluso nella struttura (è in zona ZTL , e acquistare il pass e attivarlo è molto semplice, consiglio App Palermo Mobilità). L'appartamento è amplio e comodo, arredato con gusto.Attenzione a indirizzo, è esattamente in PIAZZETTA DEI BIANCHI 2. Indirizzo riportato su Booking non è corretto, è la via parallela.

Siamo rimasti soddisfatti

Appartement idéalement situé, relativement au calme. Décoré avec beaucoup de goût et pour satisfaire les voyageurs au maximum. Deux chambres avec 2 grands lits et 2 salles de bain. Rénovation très réussie !

-Trop de disjonctions quand les clim et un appareil en plus sont branchés -Une bouteille d’eau au frigo en guise de bienvenue et d’arrivée tardive aurait été appréciée -Il manque des torchons pour la vaisselle -Clés sur un seul et même trousseau ce qui est pénible si une personne reste au logement et l’autre s’absente (pas de clim du coup dans l’appartement et avec le climat sicilien c’est assez dommage) comme le fait de ne pas pouvoir laisser la clim en marche lors de nos absences - au retour il fait très chaud dans l’appartement et surtout dans les chambres
