Spacious, clean and well-equipped apartment with two balconies. Anna, the host is very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the apartment. I recommend it to everyone!

Many thanks for hospitality! The best experience ever starting from the keys handover (owner speaks English fluently, we have received all information required, provide support when needed). The apartments are very clean, well equipped. Amazing view from two (!!!) balconies. Great location - quiet, plenty of free&safe parking place (unbelievable for Sicily), good restaurants nearby, ideal to visit multiple places by car. Many thanks again for owner and her mother for the perfect stay.

La struttura è nuovissima e ben curata. Arredata in modo moderno e funzionale, non manca niente, elettrodomestici completi inclusi lavatrice e lavastoviglie. La casa dispone di due camere e, quella matrimoniale ha un ampio terrazzo con tavolino e divanetti per il relax, fili per stendere e una bella vista montagna e mare. Nella zona giorno c’è un altro terrazzo vista mare dotato di tavolino. In bagno c’è un’ampia doccia con cromo terapia e fondamentale un phon “vero” (adatto anche a chi ha come me capelli lunghi). La casa è climatizzata e, nonostante ci sia un solo split nella zona di accesso alle camere, la casa viene ben rinfrescata. Ci sono stati forniti asciugamani in abbondanza e letti pronti all’uso. Al nostro arrivo la proprietaria ci ha accolto con un vassoio di pasticceria fresca locale e ci ha accolti in modo davvero cordiale. Come cordiale e disponibile è stata per tutto il nostro soggiorno! Anche la figlia, nonostante fosse all’estero per vacanza, si è accertata che fosse tutto a posto. Faccio presente che l’appartamento si trova al terzo piano (no ascensore) ma questa cosa era in evidenza all’atto della prenotazione, quindi non è stata una scoperta. Siamo stati benissimo! E certamente quando torneremo a Castellammare soggiorneremo ancora alle Dimore di Enea

The best friendly host we have ever met. We were welcomed very warmly. Very clean apartment with a beautiful view from two balconies. There is everything you need, umbrellas and even beach toys for children. The location is great, close to shops and restaurants, plenty of parking space. Great stay. We will definitely go back there. We loved this place. Thank you 🥰

Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war völlig problemlos (spricht sehr gut englisch). Auf Anrufe oder Nachfragen per WhatsApp wurde sofort reagiert. Am Abreisetag durften wir sogar bis Nachmittags die Wohnung nutzen, da unser Flug erst am Abend war. Zur Begrüßung wurden uns leckere Süßigkeiten vom Bäcker mitgebracht und es stand eine kalte Flasche Wasser für uns bereit; die Vermieterin hatte uns zur Schlüsselübergabe bereits im Haus erwartet. Die Schlüsselabgabe war ebenfalls völlig problemlos - wir konnten den Schlüssel einfach in der Wohnung lassen oder bei der Mama (welche im gleichen Haus lebt) abgeben. Wir hatte zwei wirklich große Balkone mit Aussicht zu den Bergen und zum Meer. Das Parken war auf der Straße vor dem Apartment vollkommen problemlos. In die Altstadt sind es zu Fuß ca. 20 - 25 Min., was für und kein Problem und völlig ok war.

Bardzo miłe powitanie przez Gospodarzy a także świetny kontakt w trakcie pobytu. Mieszkanie jest nowoczesne oraz posiada piękny widok z balkonów na okoliczne góry. Doskonała bazą wypadowa w okolice San Vito lo Capo. Gorąco Polecam!
