The shower wasn’t so goos because the temperature of the water is changing all the time from super hot to cold

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Fußläufig ist man sehr schnell direkt im Stadtzentrum von Como. Der Vermieter antwortet sehr schnell und hilfreich bei Problemen.

Allgemein ist die Wohnung teuer im Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Oberflächlich war alles sauber, wenn man jedoch genauer hinschaut findet man schnell unsaubere Stellen im Kühlschrank. Auch das Geschirr mussten wir nochmal neu abwaschen bevor wir es verwende konnten. Ausserdem wirkt die Dusche schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Conforme à la description L’appartement est a 2 minutes de la zone touristique (centre de Côme). Le parking en supplément est obligatoire car il n’y a pas de place pour se garer a proximité en longue durée Très bien équipé. Hote agréable et de bon conseils

A noter l’appartement est sombre. Mais en ville c'est logique. Recommandé 3 personnes

* the apartment is moldy and it had a musty smell, we could not sleep well because of the moldy smelling * you could see everywhere black moldy spots * very dark apartment- only one tiny window and a door in the back but with dark shades, that could not be opened *very loud, the doors are very badly soundproof * it should be thoroughly mold removed * we had a big pile of trash in front of the door

room is on ground floor, no need to lift our baggage. kitchen and bathroom is well equipped. Sofa bed is big. Room is clean with lots of space.

the parking lot is a bit far and we need to walk about 10-15 mins to get to the place. there is extra charge for the parking, which the host did not mention earlier. air-con is way at the back of the room which is very far from the bed and it makes noise.

Cosy apartment close to the centre of Como. Well appointed with good facilities and with access to a washing machine. Felt like a home from home. Comfortable bed.

It is close to a bar so a little noisy at the weekend
