Das Hotel liegt direkt am sehr schönen Strand und ist nur durch eine relativ wenig befahrende Straße vom Hotel getrennt. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig, gut ausgestattet und hatte einen schönen großen Balkon (zum Garten).

Da wir in der Vorsaison im Hotel waren, hatte verständlicherweise das hoteleigene Restaurant noch nicht geöffnet.

Das Apartment war ausgesprochen sauber, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Gastgeberin Rossella – sie war unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets aufmerksam. Wir haben uns rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt!

Per quanto riguarda il soggiorno da Rossella, posso raccomandarlo con tutto il cuore! La padrona di casa è estremamente gentile e molto, molto disponibile :) Qualsiasi cosa chiedessimo, ricevevamo subito una risposta positiva! Un’accoglienza davvero calorosa con una bottiglia di vino di benvenuto e dolcetti per i bambini – una sorpresa molto gradita! È stato probabilmente il miglior servizio che potessimo sperare! Devo anche menzionare lo zio di Rossella, il signor Franco, una persona davvero squisita: ci ha accompagnati personalmente alla fermata dell’autobus per Messina, affinché riuscissimo a prendere la coincidenza per Catania. Come ha detto lui stesso: “Questa è la Sicilia – non si sa mai se il treno sarà puntuale!” :) Auguro a tutti di incontrare padroni di casa così gentili e disponibili come Rossella e il signor Franco!

The apartment was really light and airy, clean and spacious. The sea view was fabulous! Everything worked… the shower, the shutters, the air con. The mattress was lovely and firm so we slept really well. The owner, Rossella was lovely and very helpful.

My return visit to this wonderful, spacious feeling apartment with compact kitchenette, bedroom and sitting area. Light and bright with 2 sets of double glass doors that lead to a terrace with table and chairs and views of the beautiful Sicilian hillside or seafront. Loved sitting there and relaxing! Fabulous location across the street from the sea with a great walking beach. There is a restaurant on the premises “Il Nostro” which I would highly recommend – we had a fabulous dinner - but we also liked nearby “A 2 Passi dal Mare” for a quick breakfast Plenty of free parking streetside and an elevator and washer were helpful. Rossella was an exceptional hostess who went above and beyond to be helpful and so was welcoming and gracious. She made my stay so meaningful with her personal handwritten message referencing my past visit to this town of my ancestors. I look forward to returning here once again in the future.
