My Monopoli -Casa dei Fiori Suite "Tulipano Nero" Centro Storico

Totalny smród wilgoci,wszystko mokre od niej łóżko , poduszki dosłownie wszystko. Brak miejsca na ubrania, cieknący czajnik, połamana parasolka na plażę, brak talerzyka i sztućców do zjedzenia chociażby owoców. Przy łóżku pajęczyny i okropnie brudne przykrycie. A i jeszcze nie działający tv sprawdziłam tylko przypadkiem. Męczarnia przez siedem dni. Ten obiekt nie powinien być wynajmowany ,turyści prawie wchodzili mi do pokoju.

Wszystko jak wyżej.

Una bella suite,pulita e molto accogliente. Ha una bellissima posizione. Grazie per l'ospitalità.

Muy poco, mucho olor a humedad y pis de gato, no se podía respirar ni dormir x el olor, irrespirable, no tiene ventanas

Nada me gustó, el olor a encierro y pis de gato era insoportable , alquilamos auto y lo tuvimos q estacionar a 3 km porque el día anterior lo estacionamos dentro de líneas blancas como sugirió Carolina y nos hicieron multa q tuvimos q pagar, nunca la vimos a Carolina, solo x WhatsApp se comunicó, el ultimo día había una cucaracha enorme en el baño, de terror el lugar!!!

Il nostro soggiorno è stata fantastico, siamo stati accolti dalla signora benissimo, molto gentile e disponibile, la camera fantastica con una piscinetta al suo interno e il letto comodissimo,abbiamo trovato anche una bottiglia di prosecco di benvenuto, caffè e acqua, camera molto pulita e in una posizione strategica.Siamo Stati benissimo, sicuramente è un posto in cui tornerei☺️

The location is great.

The room is like a cave underground, very dark and claustrophobic. There's only a tiny window, you can't really air the room properly. A big bathtub in the middle which wasn't that clean (it had some pink bacteria stains in the corners), so we didn't use it. Generally, the cleanliness felt more like a quick superficial sweep of the place, and it's in need of a thorough cleaning. We also encountered three cockroaches during the first 2 nights of staying there, one of them fell on my husbands face from the ceiling at 2 am during sleep (a real nightmare situation). Although I understand it might not be the accommodations fault, as it is pretty much in the cellar and it was warm those nights, I feel like cockroaches are unavoidable. We contacted the host and asked if we could leave earlier and get a refund, but they offered to clean the place and disinfect, so we settled for that. I do have to say that even after this "thorough" clean the cockroach from the previous night, which we left as is on the floor next to the bed, was still there... So I'm not sure how thorough the clean was. Afterwards it just smelled strongly like bleach, which was impossible to ventilate out of the apartment. Wouldn't stay again especially for the price we paid for this...
