The apartment was very comfortable, quiet and secure. Easy walk from train station and close to the old town. The owner was very easy to communicate with, promptly answering our questions regarding the heating.

Shower was a bit small but had good water pressure.

The location was great between the train station and the Piazza Bra. It was fully furnished with linen for a week. The couch was extremely comfortable for sleeping, so it was ideal for two people sleeping in seperate rooms on a business trip. The kitchen was adequate (although no salt or oil, etc.) and the dining area/lounge was furnished with a large round table.

The keys were a bit complicated to get in the first time, since the online application required some complicated action to open the 2 gates and the flat itself. Physical keys were later necessary, since the app didn't work for both gates. The flat itself needed an instruction sheet to guide us where to turn on the hot water tank (or else no hot water) and where to find stuff...in fact it was well supplied once we knew where to look. There was no bedside light in the bedroom and a lack of sockets.

The property was very nice. Location excellent.

Check in and access to the property was very difficult for 2 elderly people (75 years and 80 years) You need a modern smartphone and knowledge of Vikey system. I had never heard of this, nor are we confident in using our phone. Nowhere are these requirements mentioned in the advertisement of the property. When I realised that gaining access would be difficult I asked through Bookings.com to cancel our booking with a refund. I was refused. We arrived at the property at 11pm. It was dark and we were unable to see the “ button “ or follow the instructions. Fortunately a resident of the apartments arrived and let us through the gates and helped us. There was no washing up liquid, toiletries or cleaning clothes. These were provided when requested. We will never again stay, nor recommend anyone to stay in one of their managed properties.

Stylish, spacious , clean, and very central apartment. 3 of us stayed. Everything exactly as described.

The location was good. Near the station.

The door knob died because of lack of battery. Someone came to fix it but we had to walk outside for 2-3 hours before it was repaired so we had to go and have lunch in pyjamas. Also I had my medicines inside and and had to wait. the door system is the worst I have ever seen.
