"Super appartement, super emplacement et place de parking privée"

L'accueil et la réactivité de Fabiana dans les échanges ont été très agréables. L'emplacement est incroyable et la place de parking très très appréciable : on peut poser la voiture et tout faire à pied, et l'embarcadère pour les ferrys est tout proche. Nous avons eu un petit problème d'eau chaude mais qui a été résolu grâce à l'intervention du propriétaire. L'appartement est super bien équipé, les lits confortables et tout est très moderne. L'appartement est encore mieux en vrai que sur les photos !

Hors saison, nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de profiter de la cour extérieure. Le Wifi ne marche pas très bien.

"Super séjour dans un appartement moderne et très bien placé"

L'appartement est idéalement placé à Menagio, avec une place de voiture ce qui est très confortable. L'appartement est très bien entretenu et très moderne. Fabiana & son mari ont été super accueillant.

Pas grand chose :) A la limite les oreillers.

L'appartement est très beau. Et en très bon état. Literie confortable. Cuisine très bien équipée. L'emplacement est idéal on peut aller partout à pied. Une place de parking dans la résidence. Franchement, séjour très agréable.

"Lovely Stay in Lake Como"

This stay exceeded our expectations! Upon arrival, we were impressed by how large and nice the apartment was in person. The proximity to the ferry port and town center were 2-3 minute walk each and the view from the large roof deck was beautiful. The apartment is newly renovated and fit our family of 6 comfortably. There is a full kitchen, dining area, living area, 2 nice sized bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. The host Fabiana and the owner were friendly, in contact with helpful information and very accommodating. We would stay here again and highly recommend.

- Great location, close to main square and the ferry port. - Modern and clean apartment with great amenities including a washer/dryer and dishwasher. - Large balcony with view of lake. - Baby friendly with a cot available on request.

- A little noisy on weekend nights although appreciate this is out of the hosts control, just something to be aware of.

Perfect location. Super clean. One word, beautiful.

Maybe alittle more window privacy in the bathroom. Re light on and being seen. But overall there was nothing to dislike. We will be returning 😍
