The location is quite convenient - 5 minutes from the old town. The apartments had juice, tea, coffee, cookies for coffee. The apartment was clean and large. There is everything you need, a kitchen and dishes. The apartments are located in a quiet courtyard. There is a large closet for things, a washing machine, a refrigerator. Spacious and comfortable bathroom. The apartments had detailed instructions, tips and recommendations on what to see in the city and its surroundings. The hosts responded quickly to all messages. Clean and cozy.

My trip was in the middle of April and it was unusually cold for this time of year in Italy. Therefore, it was cold in the apartment, although there is heating, but it was turned off. But there was a warm blanket in the bedroom, so it was comfortable to sleep. Also, during the preparation of breakfast, the stove sometimes turned off. I suspect that it is due to unstable voltage.

Parking is possible in garage , as per special agreement with owner. Circa 20 minutes walk to the lake and the boats driving around the lake.

Bed was really uncomfortable, owner shall buy new matress. Not enough Pots in the kitchen.

The apartment was lovely - spacious, cozy and clean. It had everything you need for a pleasant stay. The location is very convenient - at a walking distance from the lake, a supermarket close by and right next to a Michelin rated restaurant. If you travel by car, paid parking is available nearby.

This is a very good choice to stay in Como. The apartment is very clean, very spacious, modern and well equiped. The host is very helpful. Also, the walking distance until the city centre is reasonable. Considering the price, this is a good investment.

Not the case.

Excellent location just outside the Old town walls. It was also under 20mins away by foot to the main train station. The entrance leading to the ground floor apartment was gated and very safe and quiet. It was also exceptionally clean and well equipped. The rooms were also huge. If anything the pictures did not depict how large the rooms were! The host was kind to offer us lots of food recommendations around the area. Would definately recommend to others!

Wifi was temperamentable but was not a main issue. Otherwise nothing!

Clean spacious apartment, slightly outside Como old town but well located.

There is no air conditioning and it was quite hot over the summer.
