Appartement mignon ,une,jolie décoration dans un petit village tranquille.

Appartement avec Climatisation qui ne fonctionne pas ,30 degrés la nuit. .Pas de contact avec le propriétaire, du coup échange par whatsapp, il était désolé mais ne s est pas déplacé...lorsque on sélectionné avec Clim on s attend à avoir la clim qui fonctionne. .Menage moyen .. Manque un peu équipements. Cafetière HS . Dommage car l appartement est mignon.

Le prix et l'emplacement entre les lacs d'Orta et de Côme. La douche était très bien aussi.

Il a fait chaud et la clim ne faisait pas de froid. L'équipement est plus que rudimentaire (pas de bol, pas de saladier, pas de carafe, pas de poêle, pas de four micro-ondes, 4 assiettes mais dont 2 petites) le lavabo de la salle de bain était bouché. Une marche de la mezzanine bouge, la porte de la salle de bain coince... Et ce velux sans rideau....

Great location, with everything you might need nearby. The hosts are friendly – we didn’t meet in person, but they responded politely to our messages. The price for the apartment is reasonable.

A few things that were unexpected: there are pots but no frying pans, no kitchen towel or paper towels, and the mattresses and pillows were yellow – which was unpleasant and definitely needs to be addressed. There was also no coffee or tea provided. You won’t find even basic items like sugar or salt, which are usually standard in most apartments. One of the steps is loose and should be fixed as soon as possible before an accident happens.

The setup itself is appropriate and clean.

According to guests, the air conditioning in the accommodation has not been working since July 2024, and it still isn’t functioning. Given that the bed is located under the roof, it is unbearable to sleep — the temperature at night reached 35°C. This is unacceptable. The accommodation is not suitable for hot summer days.

We were happy enough with the initial contact BUT.........then we entered the apartment and realised it was NOT prepared for us

We arrived at 1.15 and left at 1.20 and never went back. The owner agreed for us to go but will not refund the money even though we didn't stay and had good reasons not to stay. Our reasons are....... There was poo left in the toilet. The slept in beds hadn't been made. The rubbish was still in the bins. There was no key for the garage. We contacted the owner and they said the cleaner was running late. We had arranged with them to arrive between 12-1 pm....They should not make these arrangements if they cannot stick to them. Also, the apartment is impossible to find and you cannot use the garage to park in unless you have a tiny SMART car.

Location is amazing and accommodation is fully equipped.

Great location, walking distance to town, shops and restaurants. driving distance to the lake. Facilities were very clean and fresh.

The air conditioning was not working properly and was more like a weak fan instead of cold air. Also the parking was a game of chance that you would get a space in the public car park.
