Było czysto, właściciel wszystko dokładnie wyjaśnił oprowadził po mieszkaniu. Strome schody nie są takie straszne jak można przeczytać w komentarzach. A hałas nieodczuwalny ( byliśmy poza sezonem).

El apartamento es precioso , moderno ,limpio y en muy buenas condiciones . Está situado en una zona muy buena para salir a cenar y tomar algo x la noche . Tiene zonas de calas relativamente cerca en coche muy bonitas . Lo recomiendo totalmente !!!

La strutta era accogliente, spaziosa e con tutto il necessario per potersi sentire come a casa. La posizione super centrale consente di spostarsi tranquillamente a piedi e visitare Cagliari e il suo centro.

La casa era pulita e ordinata. Vi era un ampio bagno e un'ampia camera e zona giorno + cucina comoda e completa. Davvero molto molto bella. Volevamo tornare questo gennaio ma era al completo. Va a ruba!!

La casa è molto bella e centrale, la Sconsiglio per chi ha difficoltà motorie in quanto le scale sono molto ripide, gli scalini sono molto alti. Per chi è giovane o non ha difficoltà è davvero un'ottima soluzione. Consigliata

La posizione è sicuramente il valore aggiunto di quest'appartamento in quanto affaccia in una delle vie principali del centro storico.

La posizione ha anche un contro: il rumore durante la sera, soprattutto il fine settimana. Ma niente paura: sono forniti dei tappi che aiutano molto.

La posizione: lungo la via pedonale e a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria.

Il set cucina scadente (pentole e padelle antiaderenti inutilizzabili); la camera da letto affaccia a una via, da cui provengono chiasso e musica ad alto volume fino a tarda notte.
