Dire esperienza positiva è molto riduttivo. EMI una persona accogliente e simpatica. Massima disponibilità. La location ...un vero paradiso nel verde e nella totale quiete. La casa grande ,pulitissima e completa di ogni. Ci ritorneremo senza alcun dubbio. Merita veramente

Accoglienza e pulizia, i proprietari sono gentili e in cucina c'erano prodotti per la colazione, in bagno erano presenti prodotti per l'igiene e una cassetta pronto soccorso. Il giardino è grande ed è presente anche il bbq.

The apartment is very close to arezzo equestrian center. The only positive thing.

We arrived on Wednesday and completed a self check-in. Later, when the owner arrived, she entered the apartment where I was staying without knocking first, which I found quite uncomfortable. I also noticed that the house has exterior blackout shutters on every window except the bedroom. Since I was traveling with a six-month-old baby who cannot sleep if the room is not dark, I asked if there was a possible solution. Unfortunately, none was offered, so I had to cover the windows myself with paper and tape. We also experienced some issues with the boiler, which did not seem to work properly at times. As a result, the hot water and heating were not always reliable during our stay. When I raised these concerns, the communication with the owner felt quite tense and the situation was not handled in a very helpful way. In addition, the kitchen supplies appeared quite old and some items were damaged or not very clean. Check-out was originally indicated as 12:00, but we were later asked to leave at 10:00 instead. Since we were traveling with a baby, this created some inconvenience. The property also has hens and a rooster that roam freely around the area, which can be quite noisy. At the end of our stay, when we left on Sunday morning, the owners did apologize, which I appreciated. Overall, our experience was not very comfortable and unfortunately it did not meet our expectations.
