The location on the Coccinelle cannot be beaten. Pristine house, with all facilities and air conditioning. Nice balcony for boat and people watching. Great attentive and responsive host who's father is a total hero assisting us with our bags

Loved it all. If you're coming to Procida then book this two bed house.

"Exceptional"

This was easily one of the best stays we have experienced in a long time. Walking up to the home, we were immediately left speechless by the authentic appearance and central location in the harbor. The host greeted us and gave us a quick tour of the house. The decor and aesthetic make the stay feel so cozy and if is equipped with everything you need. Casa Athina is close to many restaurants, markets and an easy walk from the port. It is also close to many beaches, as we walked the majority of the island during our stay. You can enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony, wake to to the seagulls calls, take in the sunset from the rooftop terrace, and cook a meal in the beautiful kitchen. I cannot say much more than you need to come experience the magic of Casa Athina and the island of Procida!

Beautifully updated fisherman's house, owned by the original family. Lovely location with great views. Good facilities - generous amount of towels, washing machine, lovely terrace, air-conditioning, heating, hair dryer etc. Lovely touches like juice, milk, butter, coffee / tea, sugar etc left out for guests.

This is an absolutely fantastic place. The localization is perfect and the view from the apartment is breathtaking. I can't find words to appreciate the help of the owner. If you have any doubts about whether to choose this apartment ... forget about them. It's a lovely place.
