Giovanni is a gracious host. The apartment is spacious and very well provisioned. Easy walking from the station and centro storico. We thouroughly enjoyed the stay.

The owner has been extremely helpful and open, finding ways how to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Very easy and nice to talk to. The place itself offered 3 spacious bathrooms all with a toilet, bidet and a large shower space. Independent AC in all rooms, large living room with kitchen, coffee machine and coffe pods included. Large balcony that interconnected two rooms was a great place for evening drinks and talks in the silent neighborhood. Separate laundry room wit it's own balcony facing the courtyard to dry your freshly washed clothes. Close to the city center, marina and railway station. All within walking distance. We have stayed in other accomodations in the area, but this one is for sure the best, while not the most expensive.

Appartement superbe, grand, bien décoré, bien équipé et très bien entretenu. Tout était parfait. Giovani très gentil et de bon conseil. La Pizzeria Enzo fait des pizzas 🍕 délicieuses ainsi que de très bonne salade de poulpes 🐙. Je voulais réserver en août mais il était déjà retenu. Dommage. Je recommande vivement.

A beautiful apartment on the 5th floor (there is a lift) with views over the roofs of Palermo, especially from a small balcony that gets the evening sun. Very stylishly decorated with a great layout (4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large lounge/kitchen area). All the beds were comfortable and the showers and A/C work perfectly. Large fridge and good coffee machine. A 1 minute walk to the old town and parking is available on the surrounding streets. It is in the ZTL but the host will help pay for the ZTL pass and advise on parking. A really nice host and a warm welcome with lots of helpful advice and suggestions. We'd happily come back.
