"Modern and comfy flat, near the lake paradise"

Modern and big flat, recent structure in a very quiet location with lots of light and view to the mountains. Flat has been impeccably clean, with electric blinds and very comfortable bed. Kitchen has all the amenities and I really appreciated the easy coffee making :) Communication has been excellent in advance of my stay and I was welcomed by the host who was very kind and friendly. There are some lovely cats going around too, so be ready to say hi to them from the balcony!

The days I visited (21-22/4) were very cold for the season and the flat temperature was 17 degrees. It was not possible to adjust the temperature as the heating was centrally switched off (apparently there is such a rule in Italy after mid April) and I had to go to bed earlier to warm up. An alternative heating device (A/C) would have been very useful for this time of the year. Flat would benefit from some more decoration /furniture to reduce the echo.
