Palazzo Contino

The house is beautiful! The garden, with the view over the mountains and valley, is out of this world. The six beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed. The bathrooms aren’t new but that didn’t detract from anything. Our host bought us all we needed for breakfast for €5 per person, which was lovely. We were met on arrival and shown around the house. Thank you again. The master bedroom opens out onto one of the gorgeous alleyways and in the evening we sat outside on the step, enjoying a glass of wine. We felt like the Civita was ours alone. What a privilege. Dinner and breakfast we enjoyed on the terrace. We could have sat there looking at the view all day. We also got up early to watch the sunrise, an absolute must. The town itself is amazing. In the evening, if you stay overnight, you have it all to yourself and it is truly remarkable. Be sure to visit the local museum which is interesting and well-done. Please come and visit this special town, but stay and take your time here. It is absolutely worth it.

Wow!! What a unique place to stay!!! Very helpful hosts and a huge apartment with the most amazing views from the garden! Staying overnight was such a great experience as we walked around the small village once all the day trippers had left and basically had the whole place to ourselves! And took some great photos from the bridge at night too. The luggage service was a life saver as we would of struggled with our heavy bags up the pedestrian bridge. We had heating but didn't need to use it as the apartment was so warm. Lots of hot water for a family of 6. We loved our stay in this gorgeous part of the world!!!

Terrific location. We really enjoyed our night. there wish we could’ve stayed longer.
